Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
Licenses and/or Certifications (Required and Preferred):
Current Texas professional Nursing license required
Current Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardio Life Support certification required
5-years management experience preferred
1-year of Director experience preferred
Ideal candidate has experience in-patient nurse leadership

Duty 1: Develops and implements strategic plans and goals in conjunction with MHD Strategic
imperatives and MSMC Strategic Goals.
Duty 2: Ensures development and implementation of appropriate system to facilitate optimal
operations.
Duty 3: Recruits, hires and coaches leadership team members. Oversees human resources and staff
development operations.
Duty 4: Establishes professional relationship with the medical staff to work collaboratively in
program planning and addressing clinical practice issues.
Duty 5: Develops budgets. Supervises operating within appropriate financial guidelines. Explains
budgetary variances.

Methodist Celina Medical Center is located on a 40+ acre campus just off of Dallas Parkway, and will serve as the community’s first full-service hospital, serving Celina and surrounding communities.
