As Director, Non-Financial Risk Payments and Cash Management (PCM), you will be accountable for leading non-financial risk globally for the Payments and Cash Management Product portfolio within Transaction Banking, acting as a trusted advisor to product, sales, implementation, operations and technology stakeholders to enable safe, sustainable and customer-focused growth. At Director level, the role provides practical risk leadership across the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring material non-financial risks are identified, assessed, managed, monitored and reported within appetite, with strong alignment to the Transaction Banking strategy and governance requirements.
The role is also responsible for strengthening the control environment for payments and cash management products, including support for product design, change execution, client implementations, regulatory readiness and incident learnings. The incumbent will partner closely with the Transaction Banking business and cross-functional stakeholders to uplift risk discipline, improve transparency of product risk exposures and embed fit-for-purpose controls across processes, platforms, third parties and product governance forums.
