Shape the future of NSW's toll road network by leading long-term strategic planning, tolling policy reform, and pricing frameworks that balance government priorities, community expectations, and evidence-based motorway operations.
In this role, you'll
Join NSW Motorways that was created as a key recommendation of the 2024 Independent Toll Review. By prioritising the needs of motorists, NSW Motorways is dedicated to delivering a safer, fairer and more integrated transport system. It is also responsible for the oversight, management and strategic coordination of the NSW tolled motorway network.
Lead NSW Motorways' long-term strategy, integrating political, economic, social, technological, and industry insights to inform strategies for the future motorway network in NSW, tolling and customer improvement reforms, assets and systems. Ensure alignment with government priorities and community expectations while driving transparency, governance, and equitable outcomes.
Provide authoritative advice grounded in data analysis, traffic modelling, and demand forecasting. Leverage tolling analytics to identify improvements, monitor progress, and enhance evidence-based planning that informs reform and operational excellence.
Build influential relationships with agencies, operators, and industry bodies to deliver integrated, customer-focused strategies. Represent NSW Motorways in policy discussions, oversee regulatory submissions, and shape outcomes reflecting governance best practice.
Navigate complex and sometimes competing stakeholder interests across government, industry and the community to shape balanced, evidence‑based outcomes.
Direct reform design and delivery to meet government commitments and performance metrics. Ensure strategic direction is understood and adopted across stakeholders, enabling integrated decision-making that serves public interest.
