• Develop and execute segment strategy across the major business areas ( CS (Conveyor Belts), PTS (Power Transmition), DSS (Air Springs), FHS (Hoses) and CES (Customer Engineered Solutions)), ensuring deployment through the sales team and alignment with vertical leaders;
• Manage sales, distribution, margin, and accounts receivable performance while driving budgeted profitability and ROCE improvement;
• Build business plans for M&A targets and new customer opportunities while maintaining alignment with distribution segment to avoid internal conflict;
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with major customers, suppliers, and competitors; represent the vertical in external stakeholder relationships;
• Gather and analyze competitive intelligence, market trends, and customer feedback to benchmark performance and identify improvement opportunities;
• Ensure regular customer feedback on forecasts and coordinate alignment with operations and supply chain management for necessary adjustments;
• Drive customer-centricity across the segment and promote quality standards compliance (internal and external) while maintaining customer care commitments;
• Collaborate with peers and vertical leaders on strategic initiatives and projects that support segment and business area growth objectives.

Qualificações

• Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in Business, Marketing, Engineering or Technical field;
• Extensive proven experience in the area of expertise is required;
• Experience converting business from a competitor;
• Lead major projects withing the own organization using PM structure;
• Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary and multicultural teams across multiple countries in Region Americas;
• Preferably knowledge of Mining Industry;
• Ability to effectively collaborate with global stakeholders and international leadership teams;
• ENGLISH & PORTUGUESE is a MUST and additional SPANISH is advantage.

Informações adicionais

The office will relocate to the Paulista area in São Paulo in September 2026.
