What You'll Do
Drive Assortment Growth
- Lead the strategy that expands our product breadth and depth while improving profitability and customer value.
Build Strategic Supplier Partnerships
- Identify, recruit, and develop relationships with leading brands and suppliers that help strengthen our market position.
Elevate the Digital Experience
- Improve product discoverability, category navigation, onsite search performance, and overall ecommerce conversion.
Turn Data into Action
- Leverage customer behavior, market trends, competitive insights, and performance metrics to make informed merchandising decisions.
Lead and Inspire Teams
- Mentor and develop merchandising professionals while fostering collaboration across Marketing, Pricing, Product Information, Analytics, and Supply Chain teams.

QualificationsWhat We're Looking For
- 5+ years of merchandising experience, preferably within electronics distribution or related industries
- Strong understanding of ecommerce merchandising, conversion optimization, SEO, taxonomy, and customer journey strategy
- Experience building scalable merchandising and product content processes
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Passion for growth, innovation, and delivering an outstanding customer experience
