The Director, Member Relations serves as the staff leader for ASHP’s The Pharmacy Technician Society (TPTS), partnering with the TPTS Board of Directors to advance the organization's strategic priorities, member value proposition, professional practice initiatives, education programs, and advocacy efforts. This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of TPTS, driving member engagement and growth, supporting governance activities, and fostering collaboration across ASHP and external stakeholders to advance the pharmacy technician profession.
This is a hybrid position that requires candidates to live in the Washington, DC area and be present in the downtown Bethesda, Maryland office as needed. At ASHP, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. The salary range for this position is $130,000-$160,000 and ASHP offers a comprehensive benefits plan. This salary range represents a reasonable estimate of the annual salary based on ASHP’s commitment to provide equitable and market-competitive pay. The actual salary offered will take into consideration many factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, educational background and licenses/certifications, skills and experience, internal pay equity, and other business and organizational needs.
