We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director, Media to join our Brand Experience & Media team at Pizza Hut U.S. This role will be responsible for leading and executing our media strategy to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, traffic, and revenue growth, laddering into broader marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media planning and buying, a deep understanding of the media landscape, measurement, and a passion for innovative marketing solutions.
You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in media planning and buying, preferably within the QSR or retail industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful media campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in media planning tools and software.
Salary Range: $164,500 - $174,240 annually + bonus eligibility and stock-based compensation. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
