Job Description

We’re seeking a Director, Marketing Strategy & Go-to-Marketto shape the next era of growth forour B2C business This leader will architect and operationalize how we go to market across client segments – bringing greater clarity, consistency, and coordination in how we position our offerings, activate major marketing moments, and scale marketing impact across the enterprise.

This is ahighly strategicbuilderand integrator role You’ll modernizeour external-facing offerings, lead shared capabilities functions that enable scale, and serve as the connective tissue across segment marketing teams. The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketerwho thinks in systems, operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, andexcels in highly matrixed environment to drive alignment through influence.

What You’ll Own

  • Lead division-wide GTM marketing strategy that spans all client segments and business lines, establishingprocesses and standards that increase marketing effectiveness

  • Serve as the connective tissue between segment marketing teams – aligning positioning, narrative, and market timing

  • Elevate and evolveour offer architecture – how offerings are structured, connected, and brought to market as a cohesive system, anticipating long-term trends and opportunities thatenable future growth

  • Develop and maintain value propositions across the division, ensuring offers are differentiated, compelling, and aligned to client needs and growth strategy

  • Use data, analytics, and market insights to inform marketing decisions and connect initiatives to measurable business outcomes

  • Define how we sequence and coordinate major marketing moments

  • Shape and maturemarketing capabilitiesto enablegrowth and retention, includingevents marketing, sales collateral and enablement, and thought leadership

  • Build the operating model for how this centralized function works with and through segment marketing teams

  • Lead and develop a team of leaders and individual contributors, setting direction, driving accountability, and ensuring delivery against strategic goals. Provide guidance, share best practices, and remove obstacles.

  • Build and sustain a high-performing organization through coaching and mentorship, strengthening leadership capability and overall team effectiveness.

What You Bring

  • Exceptional strategic vision andleadershipon large-scale, division-wide marketing initiatives

  • Hands-on experience with offer architecture, positioning, and value proposition development, including ability to lead market researchto uncover clientneeds, competitiveanalysis, and market sizing

  • Ability to synthesize multi-dimensional, complex concepts into clear, consumable implications, actions, and decisions

  • Demonstrated abilityto drivestructured problem solving,leveragingstrategic frameworksand insights for complexdata-driven decisions

  • Track record for connecting marketing initiatives to broader organizational goals

  • Experience developing and maturing marketing functionsin high growthenvironments

  • Strong ability forcross-functional collaboration with business partners, vendors, and internal marketing teams toalign strategies to goals

  • Provensuccessadvising an influencing senior executives,with advanced presentation, storytelling, and visualization skills to communicate in a concise and compelling manner

  • Experienceleadingand developing senior marketing talentthrough growth and evolving organizational needs
