Job Description

Position Title: Director, Marketing Operations - Growth Systems

Reports to: Vice President, Commercial Operations

Organization: Commercial Operations

Location: Mountain View, CA hybrid (3 days onsite)

At Intuit, you’ll join a mission-driven company where innovation and integrity guide everything we do. You’ll have the opportunity to lead a world-class team, shape strategic financial outcomes, and support Intuit’s journey toward becoming an AI-driven expert platform that powers prosperity for all.

Intuit is the global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for the people and communities we serve. With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to prosper, and we never stop looking for new, innovative ways to make that possible.

Overview

Growth Systems sits within GBSG and is the infrastructure behind a multi-billion-dollar business growing at double digits. The team designs the processes, automation, capabilities and monetization that make that growth possible across our websites, campaigns, and in product customer experiences.

The Director of Growth Systems is responsible for leading process architecture, advancing technical enablement, and growth through delivery of marketing experiences for our customers.

We're looking for a technical leader who can build business momentum by configuring our systems for speed and scale, while ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and brand trust across every customer-facing marketing touchpoint. This executive will lead the transition toward AI-driven models and orchestrate complex, agentic, multi-channel, personalized experiences across our platforms. Additionally, this person will lead the teams of agents running autonomous campaigns, and own the quality and governance standards that protect the customer experience at scale.

Responsibilities

  • AI & Automation Strategy: Identify, build, and scale automation — AI-powered tooling and QA — that cuts manual effort and compresses delivery timelines.
  • Self-Service Enablement: Architect self-service capabilities that give internal teams direct access to assets and workflows, removing dependency on manual request queues.
  • Governance of Customer Experience: Own accuracy, accessibility, and quality standards across web, email, and campaign experiences; run the QA, monitoring, and investigation processes that catch and resolve customer-impacting issues before they scale.
  • Operational Oversight: Audit campaign, web, and pricing output; identify risk; ensure usability of tech tools; drive improvements in velocity and efficiency.
  • Performance Measurement: Own the KPI and dashboard framework for Growth Systems — speed metrics, accuracy, and capability adoption — and drive continuous improvement against it.
  • Resource Management: Optimize a $20M+ budget: plan capacity and agency spend, reduce costs, and convert manual work to automated, self-service, or in-house delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, MarTech, Product, HR, Sales Ops, and Finance to enable new business models and monetization, and support the major must-win goals of Marketing across all segments in the enablement and execution of price, web, and campaigns.

Qualifications

Candidate Profile

  • MBA and Engineering degree, or related technical background preferred
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional technical initiatives
  • Subject Matter Expert and trusted leader in MarTech, monetization enablement, in-product discovery, web experiences, and direct marketing systems.
  • Exceptional technical depth and breadth in operational systems and process, and technology.
  • Demonstrated experience driving strategic business growth through innovative AI applications and optimization
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in strategy setting; new campaign and monetization models at scale.
