Coury Hospitality has an amazing opportunity as a Corporate Director, Marketing Digital Food & Beverage.

You should join our team if you believe...

  • That great food and beverage experiences deserve equally exceptional digital storytelling and marketing.
  • That every online interaction, from discovering a restaurant to booking a table, should feel seamless, engaging, and unmistakably on brand.
  • That digital marketing is more than generating clicks. It's about filling seats, building guest loyalty, and driving meaningful revenue.
  • That accurate menus, compelling websites, engaging emails, and thoughtful promotions are essential ingredients in successful restaurant marketing.
  • That creativity and data should work together to turn great ideas into measurable business results.
  • That strong digital strategies help restaurants build lasting relationships with guests and their communities.
  • That the best corporate marketing teams empower property leaders with the tools, resources, and guidance to succeed.
  • That innovation means staying curious, embracing emerging technologies, and continuously finding smarter ways to connect with guests.

You're a great fit for this role if you love...

  • Supporting the digital presence and marketing performance of restaurants, bars, and food and beverage outlets across a diverse hospitality portfolio.
  • Managing restaurant websites, coordinating site launches, and ensuring menus, hours, imagery, promotions, and reservation links are accurate and engaging.
  • Using SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to improve visibility across search engines and AI-powered platforms.
  • Managing menu distribution through platforms such as SinglePlatform and maintaining consistent information across Google, Yelp, Tripadvisor, OpenTable, and restaurant websites.
  • Creating email marketing campaigns, building guest databases, and developing automated communications that encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
  • Helping property teams maximize OpenTable marketing tools, including guest communications, targeted promotions, Bonus Points, and Promoted Results.
  • Partnering with outlets to develop paid social media campaigns that drive reservations, promote events, and increase business during slower periods.
  • Analyzing website traffic, email engagement, advertising performance, reservation conversions, and cost per seated cover to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Creating performance reports, sharing actionable recommendations, and providing training and resources that help property teams confidently manage their digital marketing efforts.

We're excited to have you join us because...

  • You understand the unique opportunities and challenges of marketing restaurants, bars, and hospitality experiences.
  • You bring a strong combination of creative thinking, technical digital marketing expertise, and analytical skills.
  • You know how to improve restaurant websites through engaging content, search optimization, and seamless online booking experiences.
  • You have hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, audience segmentation, automation, database management, and campaign performance.
  • You understand OpenTable marketing tools and paid social advertising strategies that help restaurants drive incremental covers and revenue.
  • You can evaluate marketing performance using metrics such as website conversions, email engagement, return on advertising spend, and reservation activity.
  • You stay current on emerging digital trends, including AI-powered marketing tools, evolving search behaviors, and new opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple outlets, projects, and competing priorities.
  • You enjoy collaborating with property leadership, Food & Beverage teams, Marketing Managers, Revenue Management, and external partners.
  • You believe your success is measured not only by the campaigns you execute, but by how effectively you help property teams grow their business.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of digital marketing experience with an independent restaurant group, including websites, email marketing, paid social advertising, and guest engagement.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Mailchimp, including list management, segmentation, automation, and reporting.

  • Experience with OpenTable marketing tools, including guest communications, Bonus Points, and Promoted Results; experience with other reservation platforms is a plus.
  • Experience maintaining websites through content management systems, with familiarity in SinglePlatform or similar menu distribution tools and Google Business Profile management.
  • Understanding of SEO, AEO, GEO, AI-powered marketing tools, and emerging digital search trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and reporting; familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Looker Studio preferred.
  • Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or related digital marketing certifications are a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with property teams and external partners in a remote environment.
