Genmab is preparing to launch a new innovation in cervical cancer in Europe. In this role, you will lead development of the Spanish Market Access strategy for the company’s oncology pipeline. Specifically, the Market access strategy, pricing and public affairs director will lead efforts in assessing and communicating to internal and external stakeholders the market access requirements of Spain for oncology, contributing to and shaping the overall value strategy for our brands throughout lifecycle. The position will drive development of local market access strategy, delivery of HTA submissions, and lead P&R negotiations. In this role, the director will have also to develop and implement a strong public affairs plan in collaboration with the General Manager.

The final salary offer will depend on several factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
