As Director, Market Access and Pricing, Region APAC, you will lead the regional agenda and team to expand sustainable patient access and optimise pricing across Asia Pacific. You will set strategic direction across reimbursement, funding, Health Technology Assessment (HTA), health policy, pricing and contracting, ensuring access considerations shape portfolio choices, launch readiness and lifecycle management. Working with global, International Operations (IO) and affiliate leaders, you will translate value strategies and evidence into market-relevant solutions, strengthen execution across diverse healthcare systems and influence the decisions that determine how quickly innovative treatments reach patients.

You will lead the Regional APAC Market Access & Pricing team and closely collaborate with IO Pricing and Market Access (P&MA) as well as Region APAC Marketing & Medical, Supply Chain and Business Development. You will also lead the Market Access & Pricing community across APAC.
Externally, you will represent Novo Nordisk in senior engagement with payers, reimbursement agencies, health economic opinion leaders, medical associations and other healthcare stakeholders. You will build trusted partnerships, shape policy and access dialogue, and lead strategic negotiations that support equitable and sustainable patient access. Operating across markets, functions and organisational levels, you will create alignment, accelerate decisions and strengthen Novo Nordisk’s regional influence. This position reports to the Associate VP, Finance and Operations APAC.
