This leader will support approximately 18,000 employees across multiple manufacturing companies and technical functions, creating the systems and programs that develop the next generation of manufacturing talent.
This role is ideal for a senior leader with deep manufacturing experience who has successfully designed and implemented large‑scale learning and development systems in a complex industrial environment.
