As a Director, you'll provide meaningful solutions for a portfolio of high-value Diversified clients with complex banking needs.

You'll partner with some of South Australia's most influential organisations to help them achieve their strategic goals and create lasting impact in the communities they serve.

Supported by a team of Account Managers and Associates, you'll leverage your insights, experience and expertise, together with an extensive range of innovative banking solutions, to deepen client relationships, deliver exceptional outcomes and grow our Major Client Group client base.

Beyond managing your own portfolio, you'll play an important leadership role within our South Australian Major Client Group team, building team capability, maintaining strong risk disciplines and delivering an outstanding client experience.

Our Major Client Group is designed specifically to look after our largest and most complex clients with turnover >$150m or diversified customers with debt >$50m.

Based in Adelaide, you'll work closely with some of South Australia's largest and most sophisticated organisations, providing strategic banking solutions that support growth, innovation and long-term success.

We're interested in hearing from people who:

• Have the ability to build relationships to help grow our client base from your existing extensive networks.
• Lead and develop colleagues, creating clear accountability around client plans and execution.
• Have demonstrated success in managing a portfolio of high-value Corporate / Institutional grade clients, or can demonstrate the capability and readiness to operate at this level.
• Use your wealth of business banking knowledge and strong commercial acumen to drive high-quality client acquisitions and deepen existing relationships.
• Bring strong credit judgement and portfolio management discipline, identifying and escalating emerging risks, navigating complex credit matters and coordinating effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Understand the governance and stakeholder complexity of organisations, and work confidently with boards and executives .
• Use your financial analysis skills and enthusiasm to provide fresh perspectives to our clients.
• Combine your experience and expertise with our innovative technologies to deliver insights and find new solutions to old problems.
