What you will do:
This position is responsible for the oversight, strategic direction, and leadership of the learning programs supporting the Lung franchise to meet the needs across US and Global markets. This position will also guide the Oncology Learning & Capability team in driving greater understanding of emerging advances in current and new molecular entities. Through the efforts of his/her team members, the Director is expected to design and develop a well-rounded learning strategy that includes clinical acumen, sales and customer engagement expertise, business acumen, sales impact and other skills and capabilities required for success across our customer-facing teams. The incumbent will act as a trusted partner with sales, marketing, medical, and other cross-functional leaders in the US and Global markets to create learning and capability development strategies and ensure alignment between business unit priorities to program objectives. This position is also responsible for collaborating with markets outside the US to ensure access to learning programs to meet their needs in both the pre-and post-launch environments and will have employees in US & global locations.

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $ 169,408.80 - 254,113.20 USD Annual Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
