Dematic is looking for a Director, Lifecycle Solutions & Services (LSS) Procurement to lead procurement efforts for the North America LSS business. This includes Spare Parts and Modifications & Upgrades (M&U) projects.
This leadership role is responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies that improve profitability, increase material availability, reduce risk, and strengthen supplier accountability across the aftermarket business. Unlike traditional purchasing management roles, this position focuses on strategic sourcing, commercial leadership, supplier performance, risk mitigation, and organizational development rather than transactional procurement activities. The Director will lead a team of Spare Parts Procurement Specialists, Strategic Buyers, and Project Procurement Leads who secure spare parts lists from third-party partners, negotiate pricing, reduce total cost, and ensure material availability for Spare Parts and M&U projects.
The role acts as an essential business collaborator to LSS leadership, working closely with Spare Parts Operations, M&U Leadership, Category Management, Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to promote profitable growth and outstanding customer outcomes.
