About the Team

The Director – Legal will lead and scale Lowe’s global Contracts Centre of Excellence from India, driving enterprise-wide contracting strategy, governance, risk management, and operational excellence. This role will oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle management across all business functions and geographies, with a strong focus on global (including US) contracting. The Director will lead a team of contract professionals and will be responsible for establishing standardized contracting frameworks, enhancing contract governance, mitigating legal and commercial risks, and enabling business growth through efficient and compliant contracting practices.
This role requires strategic leadership, global stakeholder engagement, program development, and building scalable processes that support Lowe’s business objectives and risk posture.
