Reporting to the VP Enterprise Lean of our company, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead of Lean Leadership and Fundamentals to spearhead the implementation and integration of Lean principles across our organization. This role is critical in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Lean methodologies and have a proven track record in training and mentoring teams to achieve transformative results, across different business functions.
