The Director, Digital GTM is a strategic and results-driven leader responsible for shaping and executing the regional digital growth agenda for LACA region. This role drives market penetration, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through the development and execution of scalable go-to-market and omnichannel digital strategies tailored to the region’s unique market dynamics.
The Director will lead cross-functional execution across marketing, product, operations, risk, technology, finance, compliance, and legal to deliver a seamless end-to-end digital customer experience. This role also plays a critical part in translating global digital capabilities into localized, market-relevant propositions while building and enabling a high-performing regional digital team.
