The Role
Weare seeking an experienced Director for this exciting part time role, 3 days per week. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday leading a dynamic and focused team.
You will be as passionate about early childhood education and as committed to achieving positive outcomes as we are. As the educational leader of the service, you should be able to demonstrate sound pedagogical knowledge, exceptional written & oral communication skills and the ability to communicate with children, families, and engage educators and be a positive, inclusive leader.
You will bring your sound pedagogical knowledge, experience of developing and maintaining relationships with children, families and team. Support rostering, mentoring, daily routines, policy implementation whilst building a harmonious working environment.
You will have support of experienced administrators as well as a dedicated Education Quality Manager, Education Support Manager, Child Safe and Wellbeing team, Learning and Development facilitator and wider support services available across the organisation.
