Job Description

Step into a role as th eDirectorITSourcing where you will be responsibleforsupportingdevelopingandexecutingITsourcingandvendor management strategies, processes and tools. The ideal candidate will have a background in working directly with senior IT leaders to align IT sourcing and vendor management strategy and execution to business objectives

This is a hybrid role in our Newton, MA office and requires 3x of onsite work weekly.

Responsibilities:

Depending on the line of business, the position may perform some or all of the below functions:

  • Managefulllifecycleofcontractsforassignedprograms,projectandkey suppliers

  • Pro-activelymanagecontractandlicenserenewals

  • BuildandfostercollaborativeworkingrelationshipswithDepartmentVPs,PMOandotherkey stakeholders within the IT organization

  • Successfullyleadnegotiationsforenterpriseinitiativesmeetingthetimelines,scope,and requirementsagreeduponwithkey stakeholders

  • Assistindevelopingacategorystrategywhichsupportstheoveralltechnology strategy

  • SocializationandfacilitationoftheProcurementpolicyandprocesses,ensuringthattheproject teams and stakeholders understand the policy and adhere to it accordingly

  • Supportimprovementinprocesses,policy,systems,andreporting

  • Timelyandfrequentsubmissionofmanagementinformation,includingRFP/Contract Negotiation/Renewal status and savings reporting

  • Facilitationofanyneededmarketresearchtoidentifypotentialsuppliers,ensurecompetitive pricing and terms, etc

  • Developmentofsourcingstrategyandexecution,ensuringstakeholderengagementanddriving performance management for key vendors

  • Act as an individual contributor and trusted business advisor - managing multiple complex transactionsdirectlyorindirectlyandworkingcloselywithseniorITleaderstodeliversuccessful results

  • WorkingcloselywithlegaltominimizecontractualriskstoBrightHorizonswhiledemonstrating year over year improvement in pricing

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor'sDegree is required

  • 10 years of experience

Salary/Hourly Rate and Other Compensation Disclosures:

The annual starting salary for this position is $122,000 - $145,000. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.

This position is also eligible for a bonus and RSUs.
