The Director, IT – Site & Regional Enablement serves as the senior IT leader and visible face of OneIT and the establishment and growth of Qualcomm’s IT footprint in Mexico City, Mexico This role is responsible for building strong, connected, and engaged IT teams across both locations while ensuring tight alignment with San Diego‑based IT leadership and the global OneIT strategy
Operating in a highly matrixed environment, this leader acts as a culture carrier, relationship builder, and change champion, representing IT with senior business leaders and partner functions at each site. The role plays a critical part in workforce growth, office readiness, employee engagement, and ensuring IT is enabling—not just supporting—business outcomes in each region.

Required Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
• 8+ years of IT-related work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
OR
10+ years of IT-related work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• 3+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., VP level and above).
