We areseekinga highly motivated and experienced Director, IT Integrations and Projects to lead practice integrations, IT projects, and the enterprise Tech Refreshprogram.Reporting to the VP, IT Support Model, this Director owns the playbook and execution for every kind of practice onboarding — anchor integrations, tuck-ins, and full mergers — and leads the multi-year Tech Refresh program that brings practice site hardware and infrastructure up toOneOncology’sstandards. The Director is accountable for delivering integration milestones on schedule, onbudget, and with minimal disruption to clinical operations, while building a repeatable, scalable engine that supportsOneOncology’scontinued growth.
This role is onsite/hybrid in the corporate Nashville, TN office.
Responsibilities
Lead all IT practice integrations and projects within ITSM, including anchor practice integrations, tuck-in integrations, and merger-driven onboardings — frominitialdue diligence through go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
Build and continuously refine a repeatable integration playbook covering discovery, planning, network and identity cutover, application onboarding, end-user readiness, andhypercare— so each new integration is faster, cleaner, and more predictable than the last.
Lead the enterprise Tech Refresh program, refreshing site hardware and infrastructure — including end-user devices, networking, wireless, servers, and supporting systems — to bring every practice up toOneOncology’stechnology standards.
Own the integration and project portfolio for ITSM — sequencing work,allocatingresources, and balancing competing demands across simultaneous integrations, refresh waves, and other practice-impacting projects.
Establish project governance, status reporting, risk management, and executive communications for every integration and Tech Refresh wave — giving leadership and practice partners a clear, honest view of progress, risks, and decisions needed.
Coordinate across IT workstreams — infrastructure, networking, end-user services, security, identity, applications, and clinical IT — to ensure each integration and refresh effort lands as a single, cohesive delivery rather than a set of disconnected workstreams.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of project engineers— cultivating a culture of accountability, customer focus, and shared ownership across the function.
Drive data-driven decision making across the function, using portfolio dashboards, integration scorecards, and refresh metrics to surface trends, root causes, and opportunities to improve speed, quality, and cost.
Partner with architecture, security, and operations leaders to keepOneOncology’stechnology standards current — and ensure every integration and refresh waveleavespracticesfully aligned with those standards.
Define and operationalize the metrics and KPIs that define success for the function — including time-to-integrate, on-time/on-budget delivery, refresh wave completion, practice satisfaction, and post-go-live ticket volumes.
Act as a critical thought partner to the VP, IT SupportModeland broader IT leadership team — turning ideas, lessons learned, and emerging needs into concrete plans, programs, and accomplishments.
Own the budget for integration projects and the Tech Refresh program — building defensible business cases, managingcapitalandoperatingspend, and partnering with finance and procurement tooptimizevendor and hardware costs.

Requiredor PreferredQualifications
10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years leading integrations or large-scale infrastructure programs
Experience leading IT integration for mergers, acquisitions, and tuck-ins
Hands-on experience leading enterprise hardware and infrastructure refresh programs at scale
Experience working with internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership
Experience managing hardware vendors, integrators, and managed service providers
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (advanced degree and/or PMP preferred)
