As we build our footprint for our “Next-Gen” Gilead Capabilities Center, we’re looking for innovative IT leaders who will reimagine how we bring medicines to patients and deliver great employee experiences play a critical role in delivering a productive, connected, and engaging technology experience for employees across Gilead's India operations.
This role leads the India-based Employee Experience organization and serves as the primary Employee Experience technology leader for the Gilead Capabilities Center in India. The leader is responsible for delivering high-quality workplace technology services, supporting workforce growth, and ensuring alignment with global Employee Experience strategies, standards, and operating models.
Done well, IT employee experience is a value driver for Gilead and a core component of Gilead’s ambition to be the Employer and Partner of Choice. The Director will be responsible for ensuring the technology experience of every employee and partner in our India operations delivers seamless and delightful experiences day-to-day as well as during key moments that matter – while striking the right balance between functionality, usability and compliance.
The Director will partner closely with both global and local Employee Experience, Infrastructure, Security, HR, and Business Technology teams to ensure employees have reliable, secure, and user-centric technology solutions that enable productivity and collaboration. The leader will also build and develops a high-performing India-based team, fostering a culture of inclusion, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
