Your Day to Day

• Lead the investment analysis team across the region, evaluating development opportunities from market research through to valuation and approval.
• Partner with development and leadership teams to provide financial insights that shape deal strategy and decision‑making.
• Oversee the preparation of deal approvals and ensure high‑quality analysis across all projects.
• Guide and develop the team, building capability and ensuring strong performance across multiple markets.
• Lead strategic projects and continuously improve processes to strengthen analysis and outcomes.

What We Need From You

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality or a related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in investment analysis, valuation, finance or hotel development.
• Proven experience leading teams and working across multiple markets with strong stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex investment opportunities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to support senior‑level decision making.
