Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day Installation of complex Audio Visual systems
- Direct the development of installations
- Work with clients, contractors, project managers, and other technicians to successfully deploy projects
- Responsible for growing revenue and profitability by expanding the company's integrated solutions
- Integrate various technologies and systems seamlessly
- Working effectively and efficiently while providing the highest quality craftsmanship
- Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes, reduce waste and maximize productivity
- Install the highest quality systems possible, utilizing the best industry practices and code compliance
- Maintain and cultivate positive public relations with Hotel account
- Maintain positive employee relations, strong team-player orientation, and communication standards.
- Effectively utilize the company's business software
- Maintaining a high level of professional appearance, demeanor, ethics, and image of self.
- Maintain a positive attitude when faced with daily challenges
- Other related duties as required or assigned
Requirements:
- Experience leading Audio Visual system installation including hands-on installation and wiring
- Experience with audiovisual rack work, site preparation, hardware set-up, and calibration of audiovisual equipment
- Customer service and sub-contractor management skills
- Well versed in Audio Visual termination and cabling
- Proficient knowledge of Audio Visual Systems and Technology
- Ability to read and comprehend architectural drawings and schematics
- Ability to perform rapidly and precisely under pressure
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in custom audiovisual installation
- 4 year college degree is preferred
- Manage a team
- Valid drivers license and vehicle insurance
- Planning Skills Able to effectively plan ahead
- Problem Analysis Skills Ability to breakdown problems and find solutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong mathematical skills
- Computer proficiency
- Mechanical and Fabrication Skills
- CTS Certified (Preferred)

Work Environment:
- This position requires the ability to work long hours on your feet
