Job Description

GoTo Foods is looking to hire a Director to lead its Integrated Operations function & drive multiple initiatives while leading cross-functional integration and support for our portfolio of brands. This role serves as the critical link between data, strategy, and execution—ensuring leadership has clear, actionable insights and that initiatives are prioritized, measured, and delivered with discipline.

The Director will lead the development of executive-level reporting, analysis, and performance frameworks that provide visibility into operational health, franchisee performance, and initiative impact. This role translates complex data into clear narratives that inform decision-making at the executive level while enabling consistent execution across the organization. The Business Performance team sits within the larger Strategic Operations function and requires an individual who is a “Jack of All Trades," and is comfortable taking on ambiguity and distilling into structured approaches and frameworks. The ideal candidate will be a demonstrated strategic thinker who can manage and grow our Integrated Operations function. This individual must have excellent communication & stakeholder management skillsets, experience in leading multiple, cross-functional initiatives, and a willingness to take on and seek out additional responsibilities.
