In this role, you will be responsible for empowering data-driven decisions across the end-to-end retail experience this individual will provide insights to influence strategic business decisions based on changing consumer behaviours. You will contribute to the success of our digital businesses by analyzing data and providing insights to drive revenue growth and optimize the user experience. This leader will also be responsible for building a high-performing analytics team, driving actionable insights across departments, and ensuring the company utilizes its data assets effectively to achieve business goals. In this highly collaborative role, success requires effective stakeholder engagement to drive results, ensure alignment, and manage expectations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform day to day and long-term business decisions: Collect and analyze data from online sales and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities
  • Ensure the flow of data through various stages of our clients’ customer journeys to evolve the path to purchase
  • Experience in building and maintaining customer models that identify purchasing decisions
  • Reporting: Create and present regular performance reports to company stakeholders
  • Utilize the latest methodologies, technologies, and illustrative best practices to tell stories that inform what happened and what could happen
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay on top of industry trends and identify opportunities and threats
  • Define approaches and lead projects that close data gaps and identify actionable insights
  • Tie together media, marketing, merchandising and consumer insights to improve conversion efforts
  • Testing optimization and reporting

Let’s Talk About You:

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and web analytics tools
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, marketing principles, and A/B testing
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to present insights and recommendations through effective storytelling
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date with digital and retail trends and technologies. This role is essential for understanding customer behavior, optimizing the online shopping experience, and ultimately driving the profitability of our ecommerce business units

Salary Range:

$145,000.00 - $181,000.00 / year
