  • Analysing industry and consumer data, including complaints and service trends, to identify risks, opportunities and improvement areas

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape, policy environment and industry dynamics shaping the telecommunications sector
  • Proven ability to influence outcomes through collaboration, engagement and consensus-building with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience working with industry bodies, consumer organisations or regulatory stakeholders
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and advise senior executives
  • Strong analytical capability, including interpreting industry and consumer insights to inform strategy
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional activities across regulatory, technical, customer and corporate teams
  • Tertiary qualifications in public policy, economics, law, communications, engineering or a related field (postgraduate desirable)

The Good Stuff…

  • Competitive remuneration and employee discounts. Make life easier (and more affordable) with $80 monthly credit and 25% off Optus products and unique shopping discounts with our retail partners.
  • Flexible working arrangements, with a mix of in-office and remote work to support your lifestyle.
  • A vibrant, collaborative campus featuring cafes, a gym, childcare, and spaces designed for connection and innovation.
  • Inclusive leave policies, including additional ‘Connected’ days to focus on what matters most to you.
  • Support for growing families, with inclusive paid parental leave.
