Requirements
The Director of Human Resources will lead the development and delivery of a comprehensive HR strategy of both service and support for Agile People and Payroll and its subsidiaries.
This position is responsible for the planning, development, implementation, administration, and budgeting of most or all of the Human Resources functions, including but not limited to the following: employment, recruitment, employee relations, EEO, Visa processing (H1B), compensation/benefits, and organizational development.
