
The Role
The Director, HR for Finance, is responsible for end-to-end HR support including compensation, recruitment, talent development, and organizational design initiatives for your business partners.
You will provide coaching and support to mid and L2/L3 level leaders to improve their people leadership effectiveness and drive enterprise and Finance function specific talent programs. Key areas of focus include organizational design, talent development, coaching and feedback, performance and change management, inclusion, and engagement efforts.
You will support multiple groups across the Finance function and you will have the unique opportunity to support leaders, build relationships, and learn more about the critical work this function provides to the enterprise.

The Team
HR for Finance is a small team that provides end-to-end HR support for the Finance function. The team is part of the broader Corporate Services HR team made up of HR business partners, compensation, talent, programs, and operations professionals. As needed, the team also collaborates closely with HR business partners that support the business unit Finance teams such as Asset Management, Wealth, etc.

The base salary range for this position is $103,000-211,000 USD per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
