Salary Exempt (United States of America)The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Director is responsible for leading Altium’s HR technology strategy, and will build and own the HRIS & HR Technology strategic roadmap aligning with our broader business strategy. They will be responsible for ownership of the organization’s HRIS system, including system configuration, business process management, and security maintenance. They will also lead the HR Shared services team, responsible for supporting the HR organization with all Tier 1 HRIS and Technology needs.
The HRIS Director will be responsible for improving employee related processes and the employee experience. They will create short and long-term goals and objectives for system builds, operations, processes, data flows, security, reporting and analytics. They will collaborate with Information Services (IS) and Human Resources (HR) teams to implement improvements in functionality and training where necessary. They will provide leadership, strategic direction and other analyses.
This role combines process excellence, leadership, technology and partnerships with key stake holders to ensure delivery of an exceptional employee experience in support of our business objectives.
