グローバル連携: グローバルのCoE（Center of Excellence：報酬、採用、育成などの専門部隊）と連携し、グローバル人事戦略を日本リージョンに最適化して導入する。
組織変革のリード: 事業戦略を支援するための組織変更（リストラクチャリングやM&A統合など）やカルチャー変革を主導する。
プロジェクト統括: ローカルの人事プロジェクトを監督し、リスク管理やリソース調整を行う。
