Job Purpose and Impact

The Director HR Operations - Service Delivery job leads the execution of the tactical and strategic plans related to human resources strategies, policies, programs and processes within the organization's HR Operations services work streams, including data administration, position management, service delivery enablement, and vendor management. Accountable for the end-to-end design, performance, and evolution of the HR Operations service delivery model globally, including alignment to capability ownership and data management strategy. This job also provides leadership to the team to monitor industry and market trends to determine impacts and opportunities to improve the organization's human resources administrative services. Partners across HR and business teams to build a more effective, scalable, and customer-focused service delivery model, ensuring strong alignment across groups and consistent execution of priorities.

Key Accountabilities

  • EMPLOYEE SUPPORT: Leads the implementation of human resources administrative services strategies, ensuring that the appropriate processes, standards and procedures are used to handle employee inquiries and transactions regarding human resources services, policies and processes. Oversee case management operations to ensure timely, high-quality resolution aligned with service expectations and service level agreements.
  • STRATEGIC PLANNING & TRANSFORMATION: Leads the transformation of HR data management, including centralization, automation, and alignment with Cargill Now capabilities. Drives strategic planning for HR Operations service delivery, aligning operational priorities with business needs and broader HR operations goals.
  • HR SERVICES ADMINISTRATION: Leads the maintenance and reconciliation of employee related data and benefits records, ensuring the accuracy and validity of records and data.
  • HR RESEARCH & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Leads the team to perform internal and external research to stay updated on knowledge of industry and market trends. Responsible for end-to-end process reviews to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement across HR operations.
  • STAKEHOLDER PARTNERSHIP: Partners collaboratively with the organization's leaders to develop strategies, establish priorities and ensure alignment with delivering human resources administrative services.
  • QUALITY ASSURANCE,PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT & REPORTING: Leads the implementation of accountability measures and governance processes to ensure compliance and service excellence. Monitors HR Operations performance through metrics, reporting, and insights, and leads recommendations related to areas of opportunity to enhance services. E
  • SYSTEMS & PROCESSES: Leads and guides the utilization of appropriate technology systems and process enhancements across core processes, including data administration and position management to achieve efficiencies, scalability and automation-enabled service delivery.
  • VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Maintains strategic partnerships with key vendors and stakeholders to stay updated on the latest technologies, tools and methodologies to propose solutions for their integration into program design and delivery. Monitors and holds them accountable to service levels, and driving issue resolution and continuous improvement.
  • TEAM MANAGEMENT: Manages team members to achieve the organization’s goals, by ensuring productivity, communicating performance expectations, creating goal alignment, giving and seeking feedback, providing coaching, measuring progress and holding people accountable.

Qualifications

    • Minimum requirement of 10+ years of relevant work experience.
    • Experience leading HR Operations service delivery, with driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and standardization
    • Proven experience in process transformation and operational excellence
    • Experience managing vendors and outsourced service delivery models
    • Strong track record of stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
