The Director of HR Business Solutions will lead a cross-functional, agile team that tackles the highest-priority business challenges in support of our enterprise’s new HR operating model. You will work closely with Strategic HR Business Leaders and leverage Centers of Excellence (COEs) to design and implement integrated, scalable solutions that drive critical talent outcomes. This is a dynamic leadership role for a solution-oriented HR strategist who thrives on complexity, flexibility, and high-impact collaboration.

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $140,000 - $160,000 + annual bonus + equity
  • Employment Type: Year Round

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a group within the HR Business Solutions Team in deploying flexibly to strategic initiatives prioritized through the Integrated Business and Talent Planning process.
  • Serve as a senior problem solver, partnering with HR Business Leaders and business stakeholders to scope issues, identify root causes, and architect fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Translate business strategy into people and organizational strategies in partnership with COEs and Strategic HR Business Leaders.
  • Orchestrate delivery of multi-disciplinary HR solutions (e.g., change management, talent planning, DEI, organizational design) by assembling the right mix of resources and expertise from across HR.
  • Lead initiatives that cut across traditional HR functional boundaries, working directly with COEs and Global Shared Services to drive efficiency, consistency, and value.
  • Ensure business solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with enterprise HR priorities to ensure optimal outcomes, including for reoccurring HR business processes.
  • Champion a user-centered, agile mindset within the team, continuously iterating on solutions based on feedback and business impact.
  • Cultivate a high-performing, multidisciplinary team through mentorship, coaching, and capability-building.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, management consulting, or business operations, with a track record of cross-functional team leadership and solution delivery
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple levels of leadership, including experience influencing and building business cases
  • Commitment to inclusivity and user-centered design in people strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment in decision-making
  • Ability to lead with a consultative approach and provide guidance and advice when needed.
  • Experience with organizational transformation, change leadership, or enterprise portfolio management a plus

The expected pay range is $140,000 - $160,000 + annual bonus + equity. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
