Purpose of Position

The Director, HR Business Partners is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the overall business goals. This leadership role involves supporting initiatives to foster a more equitable, supportive, and competitive work environment. The Director, HR Business Partners is accountable for building and maintaining strong relationships across all supported business groups. Leads and coaches team, and acts as an advisor to Senior Management by providing advice and guidance on sensitive and often complex HR issues in the areas of compensation, performance management, learning & development, recruitment, job evaluation, change management and employee issue resolution.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

Lead the HRBP team, ensuring successful client engagements and timely program and project delivery

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement HR solutions aligned with NetJets' goals

Identify HR implications of stakeholders' strategies

Enable future business growth through HR strategies

Collaboration & Business Consultation:

Maintain business literacy for consultative HR services

Build relationships and understand stakeholders' strategies for alignment with HR services

Talent & Performance Management:

Ensure fairness and equitablitlty of program; Monitor and provide guidance on application of labor practices and policies

Advise and counsel on Performance Management

Execute Talent Management processes for identifying talent needs

Support ongoing talent development and succession planning

Employee Relations, Policies, and People Management Procedures:

Review cases related to employee termination for misconduct, participate in discussions on employees' involuntary separation, and structure separations and make recommendations

Address compensation, employee engagement, diversity, and project management issues

Collaborate with internal partners and external legal counsel
