We are looking for a strategic HR leader who will help us shape the future for our International Markets. This role partners with our EVP, GTM, International and is pivotal in shaping our global people strategy, driving organizational transformation, and enabling business success across diverse geographies. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders to deliver innovative HR solutions that balance global consistency with local relevance.

    Qualifications

    • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 8+ years in a senior HRBP role supporting multiple geographies, preferably GTM, Technology and Product.
    • Strong understanding of international labour laws, cultural nuances, and global HR practices.
    • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
    • Experience in organizational design, talent management, and change leadership.
    • Excellent oral and written communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
