The Director of Hospital Medicine provides clinical, operational, and strategic leadership for the Hospital Medicine program, ensuring high‑quality, patient‑centered inpatient care while supporting physician engagement, quality improvement, and program growth. This role partners closely with medical staff leadership, nursing, administration, and subspecialty services to advance quality, safety, efficiency, and faculty development.
