This role is offered in a hybrid working model, average 3 days per week from the office.

Your role:

As our new Head of Clinical Data Management, you will lead a global team of experts to deliver high-quality, submission-ready clinical trial data across our entire development portfolio. In this pivotal leadership role, you will define and execute a future-focused data strategy that embraces AI, automation, and risk-based models to streamline data delivery. You’ll partner closely with Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Safety and other R&D functions to ensure our data flows are scalable, efficient, and fully compliant with global standards. From overseeing vendor performance to championing digital transformation, your work will directly impact our ability to bring innovative solutions to patients faster. This role involves approximately 20% domestic and international travel.

Who you are:

• You have 10–15+ years of progressive experience in clinical data management within a pharma, biotech, or CRO environment.
• You bring at least 5 years of experience successfully leading and developing global, multidisciplinary teams.
• You hold an advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Life Sciences, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• You possess thorough knowledge of the clinical development process, CDISC standards, and global regulatory requirements, especially ICH-GCP guidelines for clinical data.
• You have a track record of implementing AI-enabled solutions, automation, or advanced analytics to modernize data workflows.
• You are skilled at defining, implementing and overseeing internal and DM vendor governance models, metrix and KPIs.
• You can articulate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and collaborate effectively across a global matrix
• You bring an inspirational leadership presence with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop highly skilled and high-performing teams
