Job Description

About Wunderkind:

Wunderkind is a performance marketing solution that uses AI and data to help brands acquire and retain customers through one-to-one, personalized messages across websites, email, text, and ads, guaranteeing a lift in revenue. Founded in 2010, Our goal is to scale a brand’s ability to create and grow customer relationships through websites, email, text, and ads. We believe individuals should have the freedom to choose the kind of internet they want. An internet that fosters genuine relationships with brands. An internet that treats humans like real people instead of “web traffic.” We also believe in empowering brands to treat their customers as individuals, satisfying their unique needs with tailored experiences and thoughtful communication. By expertly personalizing, automating, and scaling beautiful one-to-one experiences, Wunderkind helps brands acquire new customers at scale and keep them loyal for life.

Role Overview

Are you a master translator who can take complex, deeply technical product blueprints and turn them into high-converting, value-driven GTM narratives? Do you love the science of learning but hate the slow, traditional bottlenecks of old-school L&D?

We are looking for a Director, GTM Enablement to bridge the gap between our Product engine and our commercial teams (primarily Sales & Customer Success). As a team of one, you won't just be managing a process; you will be architecting a scalable, AI-augmented enablement engine. You will partner closely with Product, Solution Consulting, and Product Marketing to ensure our GTM teams deeply understand our new products, technical capabilities, and real-world use cases.

This role is remote. Preferred location within Eastern US Timezone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate Technical to Commercial: Convert complex product briefs and technical documentation into digestible, high-impact enablement programs and assets for Sales and CS.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the strategic connective tissue between Product, Solution Consulting, Strategy Consulting, and Product Marketing (PMM).
  • Program Design & Delivery: Apply strong L&D methodologies to design learning paths, certification programs, and interactive workshops that ensure product knowledge actually sticks.
  • Scale with AI: Act as a force multiplier. Because this is a standalone role, you will leverage AI tooling (LLMs, agentic solutions, and automation) to build content, generate training materials, and scale enablement across the organization.
  • Partner with Tech Experts: Work hand-in-hand with Solution Consultants to distill advanced technical features into clear, value-oriented customer use cases

What You Bring (Requirements)

  • Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in GTM Enablement, Product Marketing, Technical Enablement, or a closely related L&D function.
  • SaaS Expertise (Strong Preference): A deep understanding of the fast-paced nature of SaaS environments, product release cycles, and commercial motions.
  • The "Product Whisperer" Gene: Proven ability to sit with engineers and product managers, understand the technical "how," and independently translate it into the commercial "why."
  • AI Literacy: Hands-on, practical experience using AI tools (e.g., advanced prompting, LLM workflows, agentic software) to automate content creation and scale your individual output.
  • L&D Mindset: A strong grasp of instructional design, modern adult learning principles, and how to measure enablement efficacy beyond just "completion rates."

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)

  • A sharp understanding of the priorities, KPIs, and pain points of Marketing Leaders (knowing what makes them tick helps you align our product value proposition to executive buyers).

What Success Looks Like in 60 Days: You have mapped out our upcoming product roadmap, and our past launches, established a seamless intake process with the Product and Solution Consulting teams, and deployed your first AI-assisted enablement sprint to the Sales and CS orgs.

The base salary range for this role is $140,000.00 to $160,000.00 in New York and California. Regional bands apply for other areas of the United States. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.

Wunderkind

About Wunderkind

Wunderkind is pioneering a new category of AI agentic marketing decisioning — where identity meets AI to drive scalable performance across channel.

As an agentic AI decisioning platform powered by identity resolution, Wunderkind helps brands expand reach and drive revenue by optimizing personalized messaging across channels and at scale. Wunderkind’s Autonomous Marketing Platform (AMP) is powered by a proprietary identity graph that tracks over 9 billion consumer devices and observes more than 2 trillion digital events annually — transforming anonymous traffic into known customers. Importantly, Wunderkind’s identity solution does not rely on third-party cookies and is designed with privacy in mind — enabling brands to stay compliant while achieving higher match rates and broader reach.

By processing real-time click, browse, and purchase behavior across billions of consumers, Wunderkind’s agentic AI decisioning engine dynamically selects and triggers the highest-performing messages. Unlike traditional rules-based automation, Wunderkind’s agentic AI adapts to behavior in real time — learning and optimizing without manual configuration across email, text, social, ads, and onsite experiences. AMP integrates seamlessly with existing martech stacks — via SDKs, APIs, or ESPs — enabling true cross-channel orchestration without the need to replatform. Whether through lightweight SDKs for rapid web and app deployment, flexible APIs for direct data access and orchestration, or native integrations with leading ESPs and CDPs, AMP is designed to plug into any stack on the client’s terms — amplifying what’s already in place, not replacing it.

Wunderkind powers over $5 billion in directly attributable revenue annually for leading brands across retail, ecommerce, travel and beyond — often ranking in analytics as a top-three revenue-driving channel in clients’ own analytics platforms.
