We're seeking an exceptional Director of Growth & Marketing Operations who will serve as the leader of Wipfli's integrated growth, marketing, and operational excellence function in India. This role represents a unique opportunity to lead and develop the existing 14-person team, while building out a world-class team with new functions across marketing, growth and revenue operations to support the growth of a $600M+ organization with ambitious expansion plans across multiple service lines and geographies.

You'll have senior leadership-level visibility, direct reporting to U.S. Growth Leadership, with clear line of sight to revenue growth. You’ll be a peer and an active participant in Wipfli’s Marketing Leadership Team which includes five other U.S.-based Directors, plus the CMO.

Leadership Beyond Growth & Marketing

• AI Innovation Champion: Pioneer the marketing organization's AI transformation, establishing best practices, training programs, and success metrics
• International Integration Architect: Design how Wipfli integrates offshore capabilities globally (beyond India)
• Employer Brand & Culture Leader for India: Shape recruitment marketing, Women of Wipfli initiatives, and Business Resource Group strategies across India operations
• Operational Excellence Driver: Transform efficiency across the entire client lifecycle

The Ideal Leader

Must-Have Experience:

• 15+ years in growth marketing, marketing operations, or business development within professional services, B2B SaaS, or consulting
• Proven track record building and scaling teams from 10 to 50+ people
• Deep U.S. market expertise with understanding of American business culture and professional services dynamics
• Technology transformation experience (AI/ML, marketing automation, or digital transformation)
• Measurable business impact: Pipeline growth, revenue contribution, operational efficiency gains

Core Competencies

• Strategic vision with tactical execution: Architect three-year plans while delivering daily excellence
• Marketing technology mastery: CRM platforms (Dynamics 365 preferred), marketing automation, martech stack optimization
• AI & emerging technology: Hands-on understanding of generative AI, predictive analytics, and automation in marketing contexts
• Digital marketing expertise: SEO/AEO, paid media, social strategy, conversion optimization, ABM
• Marketing strategy: comprehensive campaign and marketing strategy expertise
• Executive presence: Comfortable as a peer to Directors and senior leaders, influencing C-suite stakeholders
