Wir suchen das beste Talent für die Position Director Government Affairs & Access Policy (d/m/w) für Deutschland. In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Führung des GA&AP-Teams bei Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Deutschland und verantworten die Weiterentwicklung sowie Umsetzung der entsprechenden Strategie als Teil der Funktion Value & Access. Das geschäftskritische Team Patient Engagement and Advocacy ist Teil von GA&AP und berichtet an diese Position. Die Rolle berichtet an den Country Director Value & Access (V&A) und ist Mitglied des V&A Leadership Teams.
Der überwiegende Tätigkeitsort ist Berlin; darüber hinaus erfordert die Position eine Reisebereitschaft von bis zu 25 %.
Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines umfassenden Policy-Engagement-Plans in enger Abstimmung mit den Führungskräften von J&J zu Themen und Fragestellungen von strategischer Bedeutung für unsere Aktivitäten in Deutschland.
Aufbau und Pflege eines starken lokalen und globalen Netzwerks – intern wie extern.
