Job Description

Director, Go to Market Engineering

What We Need

Corpay is hiring a hands-on Director, Go-to-Market Engineering to lead the strategy, delivery, and ongoing evolution of production software, data products, and AI-enabled workflows for Sales and Marketing. This leader will combine first-party and third-party data to improve account prioritization, seller productivity, qualified pipeline, time to productivity, and multi-product adoption.

The Director owns the Go-to-Market Engineering agenda from problem definition through technical design, deployment, adoption, and business measurement. The role provides both strategic leadership and deep technical direction, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, measurable, and aligned to commercial priorities.

The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 7 years of hands-on technical experience in software engineering, data engineering, data science, AI/ML, or related disciplines, as well as at least 3 years of progressive leadership experience. Leadership experience may include leading engineering teams, managing technical delivery, setting technical strategy, mentoring engineers, or driving complex cross-functional initiatives.

This leader will guide a team with complementary capabilities across software and data engineering, including pipelines, APIs, enterprise integrations, and trusted data models, as well as applied data science and AI, including predictive modeling, experimentation, and large language model applications. The Director must maintain sufficient technical depth to establish engineering standards, make informed architectural decisions, and guide the delivery of production-quality solutions end to end.

The role sits within Corpay's Sales & Marketing organization and partners with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales Development, Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Product, Data, and Technology. Candidates must translate complex commercial priorities into scalable technical strategies, align stakeholders around priorities, test solutions with users, deploy them reliably, and quantify the results.
