Job Description

Sales at Webasto means selling our products and services with passion and expertise. Our sales team is the first point of contact for our customers, building valuable, long-term, and trusted relationships. In addition to providing personalized advice on all questions related to our products and services, core tasks in Sales include market and competition analysis, as well as the development of short-, medium-, and long-term strategies. Sales is also responsible for acquiring and commercially managing new projects for the company.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

  • Developing and implementing new global sales initiatives to drive sustainable top-line growth and profitability within the aftermarket business
  • Creating innovative growth initiatives from initial concept through to regional scale-up and actively pitching and championing them in regional and global Win Rooms
  • Providing functional and disciplinary leadership as well as coaching and development for a newly established team covering Market Intelligence & Reach, Reporting, CRM, Pricing, and Change Management
  • Owning and continuously improving the regional sales performance cadence across all sales regions while ensuring quality, consistency, and successful execution of ongoing initiatives
  • Leveraging reporting, pricing, and controlling data to steer sales performance while ensuring regular alignment with Senior Management and relevant stakeholders

This is what you bring to us:

  • Several years of professional experience in sales steering, program leadership, or a comparable leadership role, ideally within the automotive aftermarket
  • Proven experience in functional and disciplinary leadership as well as in steering complex initiatives and programs
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a very good understanding of relevant sales, financial, and controlling KPIs
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, a high level of initiative, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Business fluent German and English
