
The Director, Global Marketing Communications, will play a key leadership role within the Global Marketing Communications organization to shape and ensure strong brand building and cohesive storytelling across all communication touchpoints and in all markets. This role will lead the development of initiatives designed to deliver against the Company's key strategic and financial goals, including driving brand desirability and relevance. This position reports into the Vice President, Global Marketing Communications.
The Director will need to demonstrate highly developed leadership and strategic skills coupled with a focus on driving results. Specifically: 1) Analytics: Translate analytics and insights into marketing communications plans that can generate a positive impact on business results; 2) Innovative Thinking: Act as a 'change agent' in teams or organizations by bringing best-in-class external perspectives, including those of our clients; 3) Effective Leadership and Collaboration: Lead projects across a multifunctional global organization; define new work processes and operate effectively within those that already exist; 4) Results-Driven Approach: Focus on strong and rigorous execution with a sensitivity around communication and management of critical timelines; 5) Management: Ownership of the communication strategy for product launches; people management in supervision of direct report.
This is an in-office role based in New York City.
The hiring range for this position ranges from $175,000 - $233,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience. Management is also eligible for bonus.
