The Role

We are seeking a Director, Global Leadership and Performance to deliver high-impact global leadership and enterprise learning initiatives during a pivotal period for our leadership strategy.

This London-based role will act as a strategic learning partner across Functions and Markets, owning key global leadership programs while supporting the broader enterprise learning agenda. The role requires strong program management, senior stakeholder engagement, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

Travel to our NYC headquarters might be required to support global programs

What will you be doing?

Lead Global Leadership Initiatives

  • Own and deliver our High Potential Leadership Program (2026 cohort) end-to-end, including stakeholder management, vendor oversight, facilitation, logistics, and reporting. This includes prepping for the launch of the 2027 program in the new year.

  • Support rollout of the 2026 Senior Leadership Team Program and launch of 2027 cohort, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and vendors

Embed Leadership Strategy

  • Develop and execute the rollout plan for a set of Leadership Commitments across the wider business

  • Drive alignment between leadership programs, enterprise learning, and people processes

Own implement company wide Coaching strategy (including Executive coaching)

  • Manage partnership with coaching partner and oversee the global coaching portfolio

  • Expand executive coaching bench in the US and UK

  • Align coaching interventions to business and leadership priorities

Support Management & Local Development

  • Act as QA and thought partner on global Management Development content

  • Facilitate selected UK-based sessions to managers (all levels)

  • Support ad hoc facilitation and local mini-program rollouts as needed

Enterprise Learning Partnership

  • Build strong relationships across HR, Talent, Functions, and Markets

  • Translate business priorities into targeted learning solutions

  • Manage programs proactively, mitigating risk and ensuring delivery excellence

  • Create connectivity across initiatives to strengthen our global leadership ecosystem

About you

  • You are a confident, hands-on learning leader who thrives in complex, global environments.

  • Proven experience running global leadership programs end-to-end

  • Strong program management with attention to detail and risk mitigation

  • Experienced facilitator, comfortable working with senior leaders and executive audiences

  • Skilled at senior stakeholder management and influencing at VP/SVP level

  • Strategic thinker who can connect initiatives while delivering operationally

  • Autonomous, agile, and comfortable navigating a matrixed organisation

  • Experienced in managing external vendors and coaching partners

  • Comfortable managing your own budget

  • Willing and able to travel internationally, including to NYC

  • Experience working with Workday, Google Suite and Articulate is desirable
