EIT’s coverage universe across the power, utilities, infrastructure, digital infrastructure, and the behind-the-meter power sectors provides the opportunity to play an integral role advising on significant and marquee transactions that support the AI build-out and broader re-industrialization of North America. The team’s coverage mandate includes conventional and renewable power, regulated utilities, behind-the-meter power infrastructure, data centers, fiber, towers and wireless infrastructure. The EIT team supports our clients through a variety of transactions including sell-side and buyside M&A, strategic advisory, capital structure advisory, equity and debt capital financings.
The EIT team is a leading advisor and financier in the power, utilities, and digital infrastructure sectors with a leading position across many North American league tables.
