
As Director, you will serve as the chief architect of the next generation of Google’s Go-to-Market (GTM) engine for one of our critical sectors. In this high-velocity leadership role, you will define the roadmap and strategy for how we bring products to market, engineering the sophisticated governance models and workflow systems that power our commercial success.
In this role, you will act as a primary catalyst for innovation, translating high-level product strategy and complex business priorities into the master operational frameworks that empower cross-functional teams to execute at scale. You will be a trusted advisor to GTM and Sales executives, advocating for new strategic frontiers and driving the critical decision-making processes of Global Business Organization (GBO) leadership.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $278,000-$387,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
