As the Director of Global Demand Planning, you will lead a global team of approximately 40 employees, including six direct reports, focused on improving customer experience and business outcomes across Molex's end-to-end supply chain. This role requires a leader who can connect demand planning, supply planning, and commercial priorities to drive profitable growth, optimize inventory, and improve service levels. You will spend the majority of your time developing leaders and building organizational capability while also shaping strategy, championing innovation, and accelerating the use of AI, automation, and data-driven decision making. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for creating value through collaboration and continuous improvement.
You will join a global team that is transforming Demand Planning from a transactional forecasting function into a strategic capability that delivers measurable business value every day. The organization partners closely with business leaders, supply planning teams, sales organizations, and manufacturing sites worldwide to identify opportunities that improve customer experience, optimize inventory, and support profitable growth. As part of this evolution, the team is leveraging advanced analytics, AI, and automation to enhance decision-making and create greater agility across the supply chain. With team members located across North America, Asia, and India, this is a highly visible leadership opportunity with broad global influence and impact.
For this role, we anticipate paying $180,000 - $210,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
