The Role & Key Responsibilities
You willdevelopa deep understanding ofeachclient’s strategy, goals and future demands, beingresponsible for maintaining existing clientbookand ensuring that the revenues of the client portfolio grow, both in volume and in profitability.
You will achieve this bybuilding strong relationships with key decision makerstomaximiseour existing commercial relationship across the group.

Relationship Management
Build excellent long-term relationships withclients;
Responding to clients’ needsin a solution-orientedmanner;
Foster awareness of client satisfaction with product offering and delivery; and
Collaborate across internal teams to address any required significant service improvements.
Commercial Strategy
Influence decision makers to ensure stability of existingrevenue;
Identify and deliver product solutionsopportunities;
