Client Relationship Management(“CRM”)

The Role & Key Responsibilities

You willdevelopa deep understanding ofeachclients strategy, goals and future demands, beingresponsible for maintaining existing clientbookand ensuring that the revenues of the client portfolio grow, both in volume and in profitability.

You will achieve this bybuilding strong relationships with key decision makerstomaximiseour existing commercial relationship across the group.

Target Outcome of the Role and the CRM Team

  • Relationship Management

  • Build excellent long-term relationships withclients;

  • Responding to clients’ needsin a solution-orientedmanner;

  • Foster awareness of client satisfaction with product offering and delivery; and

  • Collaborate across internal teams to address any required significant service improvements.

  • Commercial Strategy

  • Influence decision makers to ensure stability of existingrevenue;

  • Identify and deliver product solutionsopportunities;

  • AssureApex is and remainstheclient’s preferred partner;and

  • Assist in the successful rollout of relevant campaigns to meet key group objectives

GlobalRelationshipManager(SVP/Director)

  • Acts as Global CRM forseveralTop Tieror High Growth potentialclients working with Executive & Growth Sponsors andwideraccount team members to build and deliver a strategic global accountplan;
  • Act as executiveand point of escalationfor majorissueswhich will likely impact therelationship;
  • Partner with product, operations and sales to deliver foryourclients;
  • Managingand coordinating a virtualGlobal CRM team byclient, engaging with senior management at Apex to ensure accountgrowth;
  • Ensuring Apex’s Client Oversight Framework is embedded for all Top TierClients;
  • Preparing and planning client engagement effectively, to deliveron Growth plans; and
  • Actively participatingin RFPs for new and existing clients
